I want my airtime or cancel this contract

On the 07/01 2013 i lost my contract sim card and i called Bayport to block it and the agent i spoke to assured me its blocked and i had R90.00 airtime on it. On the 06/02/2013 i requested sim swap and they told me to pay R65 and i didn't pay it so sim swap was not done.now on13/05/2013 i emailed bayport to tell them i have found my sim card and i asked then to re-activate it and they did same time. But to my suprised there was only R149 airtime. I emailed back asking them where is the other airtime? on 17/05/2013 i recieved a call from agent by the name Mabatho and she told me it was used on February and the sim card was not blocked when i ask her who used it because it was on my walldrope and i stay alone with young kids age 3 and 5 she couldn't tell me, i asked her to check for me who used it she said she can't. Now tell me how can the blocked sim card uses airtime and if it was not blocked why did it requested re-activation? and i still want to know where is my airtime? why you keep on giving me bad service infact pathetic service? if you can't give me my airtime back then cancel this contract because its the second time having problem with you Bayport. such a bad service eve
