I did a sim swap on the 12th January 2014 and my airtime was not reloaded. I am a pensioner and I can't get anyone in the customer care to help me, as all numbers are voice recoded. I had just loaded airtime on my phone before it was damaged. This is very unprofessional that I can't contact the customer care as the no: 173 is just all recordings and I can't hear too well. The branch at Eastgate was helpful enough to get me a new card but my airtime now is just lost and it was about R300! As a pensioner I can't afford to keep just putting airtime on. Please can someone help me otherwise I will change service providers because there is no service provided here.
