UNFAIR TREATMENT

TOOK OUT A NEW CONTRACT LAPTOP WITH INTERNET 14-4-13, GOT HOME PLUGED IN THE INTERNET STICK-DIDNT WANT TO WORK. WENT BACK 7DAYS LATER, NEVER USE THE STICK BUT THEY NEED TO SEND IT FOR ASSESSMENT TO SEE IF I DIDNT DAMAGED IT. SAID THEY WILL CALL ME IN 7 DAYS THIS WAS THE 22-4-13. I HAD ENOUGH AND WENT THERE TODAY 28-5-13 ITS ALMOST MONTH END & HAVE TO PAY FOR SUMTHING I NEVER USED NOR HAD. ASKED WHY THEY DIDNT CALL AND THEY SAID ONE OF THE 2 ADMIN PEOPLE MIGHT HAVE FORGOT. PATHETIC! GAVE ME A NEW ONE, I ASKED FOR THEM TO TEST IT, BUT SAID IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I TEST IT AT HOME IN MY LAPTOP. GOT HOME, GUESS WHAT DING-DING-DING IT DIDNT WORK (WAISTING MY TIME AND PETROL) I DROVE BACK IN LESS THAN 40MIN. THE DATA PEOPLE TESTED IT AND IT DIDNT WANT TO WORK AND THEN THE MANAGER JOSE TOLD ME THE HAVE TO SEND IT BACK FOR ASSESSMENT, SECOND TIME THE GAVE ME A INTERNET STICK THAT DOESNT WORK AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND STILL HAVENT USED IT!!! I HAVE 3 CONTRACT LINES WITH VODACOM BUT I THINK WHEN UPGRADE TIME COMES I'LL CANCEL AND TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSWERE WHERE I WOULD BE TREATED BETTER AND SAVE MONEY, INSTEAD OF LOSING! EXTREAMLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
