I bought a usb stick and 3 gig at cell c in Claremont (Cavendish) on the 28 July. I was having problems connecting and i took the usb back and they did something to it and it worked. A week later same problem and i took it back & they said there is nothing wrong with the stick and that i should change the setting on my laptop. I did that but it still ddnt work. I went home and changed my internet settings and still ddnt work. The next day, I took my laptop with to the cell c shop and they tested it and saw that the stick is not working.
They took the stick and said someone will contact me about a refund, its almost 4 weeks now and no one has contacted me. This is unacceptable and such an inconvenience. No one has helped me, I'm so disappointed in you guys. Zanele
