Bad service

My cousin went to your vodacom store on Friday the 1 September in promenade mall and was assisted by a guy named than do. She advised that she needed a cell phone contract with 1 phone which he offered her a 2 phone deal and she advised no she couldn't afford this and just wanted 1 phone. He told her that if she takes 1 phone it would cost her the same amount so she might as well take 2. She told him she was unsure but he insisted. She then agreed and signed the contract her coming home and being told she is not permanent and would only work for 3 months being worried as she was told it's a 24 month contract and upon us checking this it was a 36 month contract which is 3 years. She went back on Saturday the 2 spetember spoke to the same guy who told her he couldn't assist her there's nothing he can do and had attitude with her. Myself and her went today again and again we had to wait for thando who again insisted that he couldn't help us and there's nothing he could do again with attitude then telling me I don't need to have attitude but he came to us with his attitude knowing why we are there. I am not happy with the assistance from your stuff and pathetic attitude and on top of it forcing it on her not even doing a credit check on her or asking for proof that she works.
