I went to look for tiles, taps, bathroom accessories etc friday 05/07/2013. the sales persons that assisted me and my husband was very friendly BUT clearly he didnt know what he was doing and selling to his customers. we bought stick on tiles for the floors which i told him that the floor is concrete do i need glue or a special sheet for it to stick he said no. went home tried to stick the things no luck! bought glue and still it wasnt sticking. i waisted my money, my fuel and my time. i work for vodacom and i know how a sales person should be. if there is someting a customer buys you tell the customer what else they will need and he didnt do that.my father went to exchange the tiles they had a problem because he never had the slip becuse it was with me but i gave them the transaction number, all they could have done was reprint it? he also told my father i never said the floors are concrete (SIES SHAME YOU FOR LYING) wat a waist and bad service.
