The bus traveling from Durban to Cape Town on 10/09/2023 to 11/09/3023 broke down at Humansdorp at about 21:00 and had to be repaired. They never communicated anything to their paying customers, the people ensuring that they have a job in the first place, by choosing them to travel and now again the bus broke down at Tstistikamma. Again they don't speak to their passengers and the passengers are now sitting and waiting without having a damn clue as to what's going to happen. Why don't they just replace the damn bus. People made arrangements to be collected at their stops at a certain time, because of the times given by the Bus Company, but now some of them will probably be stranded upon arrival, because their lifts can no longer pick them up. This is poor, actually very poor service and if this company continues with this crappy service they will be out of service very soon.
