MTN 2GB Broadband internet bundle not working

I got a contract through FNB for a MTN 2gb Broadband internet package, it was delivered on the 4th Nov, I activated the sim, the next day nothing was working, I contacted Mtn, after they put me through every department I got to the right one, we were on the phone for so long trying to figure out what was wrong, but nothing was working, the next day the same, nothing was working, it says its connected, bt theres not connection really, cant browse internet and wont even connect to skype, so phoned MTN again and we tried everything, he told me that I would need to get to a MTN shop so that they can test my modem and sim for me, So I went through to the nearest MTN which is an hours drive away, they tested everything and couldnt get it to work either, so we did a Sim swap, also didnt work, so I decided I need to cancel this contract, after it costing me R600 just to try and fix it I am now broke, I could have used that money to buy myself a really great vodacom internet bundle, now I am stuck with no internet and have to use more money to buy a prepaid bundle. I am so dissapointed, only one person at FNB was able to help me, she is helping me to cancel this contract now.
