Where is my product?

I ordered a data stick (24 gig) with Rebotile on the 7th February 2013. I did this 3 weeks in advance because the stick I had then expired on 3 March 2013, which was the exact same product from Neotel which I was impressed with. Rebotile (Sales) requested I make payment, which I did on the 8th and send through proof, which was acknowledged and receipted. Anyways I didnt hear anything from Neotel, so I contacted on about the 16th of March to find out and I was guaranteed delivery that week or the week after. I waited and waited, still no stick. In this time my current connection expired, and I have been stuck without a connection since the 3rd March 2013. I phoned Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th. On Monday I was told by another salesperson they dont do that deal anymore, then Rebotile told me he would phone me back, no call back. Phoned Tuesday, asked for a refund and to speak to the manager, no refund and the manager didnt want to talk to me. He then promised me that they are launching the new data stick this Friday, and he didnt know when I would get it. I could actually write a book about this bad service, WHERE IS MY INTERNET THAT I HAVE PAID FOR? DISGUSTING!
