INEFFECTIVE SERVICE FROM EFFECTIVE ENQUIRIES

Two years ago I took over office space from another company. Telephone and fax numbers were taken over and all details changed with Telkom. Effective Enquiries send regular faxes addressed to the previous tenant re renewal of having their company details listed on 1023. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and faxed to Effective Enquiries advising them that I have taken over the premises and numbers and requested them to change their records. I have also made numerous telephone calls. Each time the response is "sorry, I don't know why it has not been done, but I promise to see to it myself". Last week I phoned and spoke to Sonnika three times who assured me that she would look into it, phone me, and send me an email confirming details have been changed. needless to say, I have not heard a word. Their service is nothing less than ineffective and I would urge people not to contract with them for any listing - heaven knows how they will actually list you. Seems that they are intent on simply wasting my time and resources, as well as their own. Oh, and Mrs Roberta Seymore, the owner of the company, is never available either - conveniently.
