Poor Poor Poor Service Lineo Phalatsi

Once again, I have no option but to complain on this portal.
This is the second time I am complaining about the same person, relating the the same lack of service, she should not be working with clients.
My story has been going on for three months now, long story short, My contract was cancelled sue to poor signal, option was to keep the phone, but could not afford the amount, asked if I can make an arrangement to pay it of, after all that, the total amount for the phone was deducted from my account, after being promised by Lineo that it will not happen, eventually decided to give the phone back to vodacom, it was then collected and delivered to the wrong person, I made arrangements to get the phone back, after complaining on Hello Peter Lineo called me to assist, she was going to find out if she can make an arrangement for me, told me to keep the phone, a month later, no feedback, trid calling her on the cell number she gave me, not answering, mailed her 20 times, this morning she replied twice with links to their T & C's, called in again no number for her department,
Pleade help somebody, anybody, this Lineo is driving me nuts...
