Since I've opened my contract the service was extremely poor i had to wait 6 weeks to get my phone every time they would have a new excuse. when i finally got the phone they're call center would give me attitude or they would just stop talking. today was a good example they cut my line 2 hours after i paid the amount due in full when i phoned them they said they have to transfer me to a different person who handles these cases that person answered the phone i presented myself over the phone and that was the end of the conversation i was cut off by this person. a few months ago they handed me over to mtn legal, this was without notifying me of anything if i did not go to a mtn store on the time that i did i wouldn't have known that i have been handed over and this was done after prior arrangements was made. this is a very very very poor poor poor service provider i will be telling all my friends and contacts to move from mtn to another service provider myself i will finish my 2 year contract and move back to vodacom
