Poor n lack of service

My mom's contract expired she then upgraded n got a blackberry curve which did not work she called cell c n was told to go book in the phone regardless of the fact that this was a new phone she went to cell c Jabulani mall n was told they can't take the phone coz they do not have a plastic to wrap the phone she must come back the next day. She called cell c n. Told them her dilemma n no one could help soo she decided she does not want the contract anymore coz its not working for her she got asked why n when she told her story the person at cancellation told her that she can't cancell n she must call repairs herself n must take into concderation that the que is long n that her phone might only be collected next year. Soo this is what my mom wants now for cell c to come take their of a phone n cancell her contract as she has been paying from september for a broken phone n has been send from pillar to post by the staff. Come jan n cellc has not rectify the disgusting service she will go to the ombudsman n to consumer court to have the situation resolved
