How long should I wait???

I moved to a new place in town in April. Vodacom signal is very bad. I had to change my cell phone network to cell c. My husband and I have a data contract with vodacom. Ever since we cant make use of the contract because of the poor signal. I locked a call more than 5 months ago and was told they gonna put a signal booster up in our location and this will take 6 - 8 weeks. I don't get proper feedback and the problem up until now have not been resolved. I've been calling the last two weeks to get the contract cancelled, because i feel I'm not gonna pay for something I cant use. My calls don't get returned, no reference number is given to me and my calls get dropped by the consultants. I want this contract cancelled, because i cant use the data i pay for every month and I want the money refunded for the time that i was paying.

This is very poor service of vodacom and I'm very unhappy about the service I get!!!
