With reference to S3-T9X36-6IVOW.
To make a long, story short: I was contacted by VodaCom to enquiry about an upgrade on my current contract. I accepted the deal. My phone was delivered early December with such bad service from RAM (but that's a story for another day) - only to realize that it was Pink. (the colour of the phone was never discussed nor mentioned but pink was definatly not an option). I've contacted the call centre a couple of times, spoke to numerous assistants and up to date, no collection of the incorrect phone was made, nor was the correct one delivered. To make matters worse, I was already billed for this yet no usage could be made. I'ts almost 1 month and numerous hours on the phone yet no sulotuion. The accepted outcome should be:1.The pink phone to be collected and replaced by a suitable coulor. 2.Credit should be passed on my account for the new contract not used.
