In May 2013 Vodacom agreed to release me from my contract because they are unable to provide signal in the area in which I reside. The Vodacom coverage map clearly shows I live in a 3G area and yet I do not get signal. This is the same map used by the Vodacom dealers when they sell you a contract. Now, 2 months later I am still trying to work out how they propose to do this. Lineo Phalatse is the single most incompetent person as she is allegedly trying to make this happen. Due to their breach in contract they tell me I must pay in an amount. I have told them they in fact need to pay me out what I have already paid on on the handset. What a cruel joke of a company there are.
