Poor Attitude and lack of service

I called vodacom repairs in old fort road durban (0313041845) today to do follow up on the whereabouts of my phone. Last week thursday i received an sms stating the phone has been exchanged and i need to contact the vodacom outlet where i took my phone in for repairs. I contacted them on saturday the 25 May, no the phone has not arrived as yet will be here tuesday the latest. This morning i received another sms claiming that the phone was exchanged again. I called the number above only to be transferred 4 times and no one could really assist. As per Leeann v Niekerk the phone is being replaced with a referbished unit, the same as the last time knowing the phone is under waranty. She claims vodacom and bleckberry does not replace a broken unit with a new one even though the are aware that it is the second time my phone is back with them. My phone went in for the same problem about a month or so ago and it cost me R890.00 for using date on a different phone for business purposes. Now it has been a week and a half again. What will the costs be now for data. When requesting the director to call me Mr. Ibrahim Hassain it is said he is to high and mighty to call me. Is this how we treat consumers
