Last year around September I gave a Black Berry fhone in for repairs. We got a referbished unit back that gave us the same problem within the next month. So I gave it back again for repairs.
After many calls and requisting a comercial unit just after newyear this year we got another referbished unit again.
It was not a week later when that unit was back in for reppairs. Today after not recieving any comunication from Vodacom I went to hear what is going on with the phone sins we have been waiting for over a month.
And once again we recieved a referbished unit.
That is unacceptable. This is a spare phone that hardly get used and to need more repairs within less than a week of being repaired is totally unaacceptable.
When you try to find out why this is hapening and why they dont just replac it with a comercial unit you get totally stonewalled.
Never ever will I buy a phone from Vodacom again. In future if I need a new phone I will rather go to another provider.
