Nokia 500 phone and ridiculous Vodacom service

Three times now my cellphone has had a problem that when I phone someone they can't hear me but I can hear them. Every time I have to go back to Vodacom and stand in a line and hand in my phone only to wait for a week or more while they send it to "advanced repairs" and they can't provide me with a loan unit phone and they don't want to replace my handset which keeps on giving problems and is less than a year old!

They do not provide the service or coverage that they advertise and I am the one sitting without a phone that I religiously pay for every month! They do not respond to my letters and I don't get any service or communication except for a text message saying that my phone was sent to "advanced repairs".

In the meantime I have to run my business from a basic phone that I had to buy, because they cannot provide me with a proper loan unit.

I wonder for how many of my 24 month contract period will I have had my phone in the end? Its been in for repairs almost a month altogether now!
