ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND NO PROGRESS!!!

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE: After many phone calls from my side i received a e-mail from Vodacom (Hicell) :

I understand your complaint with regards to the time this has taken but I must explain it is not initially Brooklyn's fault as Craig has been trying to get unit sorted and the repairs department keeps providing the wrong solution.
o Unit was booked for OBF but was repaired and returned to store
o Unit was rebooked and exchanged for refurbished unit
o Refurbished unit was rebooked and exchanged for sealed unit
o Sealed unit has now been rebooked for request to credit
Each one of these steps can take up to 10 days including courier time hence the time this has taken.

My opinion: The lack of communication between Vodacom (Brooklyn) and Vodacom (Repairs Department) is not my (as the customer) problem?? I have spend enough time, money, phone calls and be
patient for long enough.
