Dishonest service, Money Not paid back as promised

A contract was incorrectly activated prior to acceptance of the contract which led to funds being taken from the account without permission.
Subsequently, my wife decided that she longer wants the contract.
After being given the run around and incorrect and incomplete information, we eventually got hold of the manager (Anna) who also simply said, this would be looked at.
No Cellphone number was suppiled to us that relates to this new contract either..
Eventually, a request (REQ:2119950) was logged to deactivate the contract and return the funds back to the account. Therefater, an e-mail (Dated 14 may 2013) was sent to us by Kagiso assuring us that the contract was deactivated and a refund (R411.26) would be payed back into the account.
Today (May 27th) when we called to find out when this would be done (since tehre's no correspondence from MTN), we were told that the money would not be refunded and instead it would be transferred to the other contract that we have with MTN (which is separate to this one), and the money will be treated as a "credit".
This is utter nonsense and a complete disregard of our rights, moreover this was not even communicated to us at any given point
