Expected to pay for internet services not used

We have an internet contract and cellphone contract. In july 2013 we paid a lump sum into the internet contract to settle the account until completion end Dec 2013. In Sept 2013 the R3795 lump sum was transferred from the internet account to a cellphone account causing the internet account to go into arrears and the cellphone contract to be paid in advance. Internet services were suspended without prior notice from Vodacom. I phoned accounts to move the R3795 back into the internet account in order to take it out of arrears and reactivate the internet until end Dec 2013, I was told that the internet can't be reactivated, nor can the funds be transferred back into the internet account as they require proof of payment into the cellphone account... Vodacom did the transfer, so I don't have proof of payment. I am expected to pay a couple of month's internet services which I have not had access to because of suspension of account without notice. I want to have this resolved and have funds transferred back into internet account and have internet reactivated or have unused services deducted from total bill owing. I will NEVER pay in advance for such an account again!!!
