Tracy-lee Scott is really appreciated for her care @ the Vodacom Pinelands branch. Through the years i have seen several different workers assist customers here but she is one of a few that really goes the extra mile, she really does a bit more than she suppose to & truly cares about the customers. More than this i really can't say. She accepts so much from customers. Certain customers give her such a hard time due to her soft, good hearted nature, these type really take advantage of her as i have seen it several times when popping in at the mall. She deserves to be spoken about in a high regard & where better else than Hellopeter. Hellopeter is a great platform to do this. She really handles the difficult type customers really well as she just remains cool and calm, no sign of her getting upset or becoming rude. That is a good quality to have in you & is very rare in the work field today. Her effort & the way she handles a bad situation with a customer is really surprising to me that she is not a manager as she has all the right qualities. I have to admit at Vodacom Pinelands store you will find a fair share of difficult customers that enjoy making others lives miserable.
