Contract Save Account Issues

Contract Save 001 account from June 2012 - June 2013
July 2013 went to Cape Town Thaibault Square to close account transfer funds and cancel debit
Consultant advised-Contract Save 001 was closed & insisted I open a new Contract Save 003
End of July 2013-Contract Save 001 & Contract Save 003's debits came off my cheque account
On or about 29 July-went to Fish Hoek branch asked AGAIN for Contract Save 001 to be closed, debit cancellation & funds to be transferred. Consultant advised it was done & funds were transferred immediately
End August 2013-Contract Save 001 & Contract Save 003 debit came off again
3 September 2013-Claremont branch to have BOTH accounts closed & debits cancelled!
Consultant advised a penalty fee of R200 for this as closing Contract Save 003 account before maturity & funds debited to the Contract Save 001 would take 24 hours to reimburse - before funds transferred immediately!!
:( R200 was taken off my savings as penalty & funds in Contract Save 003 transferred to notice account on 3 September
4 September 2013 amount debited on Contract Save 001 is reimbursed R200 less WHY?!!
I am so annoyed with this process I want someone to phone me & sort this out!!
