3G customer service. Utterly disgusting

I have been having endless hassles with MTN trying to get my 3G contract cancelled on the basis that there is no coverage in my area (Even though they stated that there was 100% coverage). After numerous queries I eventually resorted to posting a comment on HelloPeter. when MTN eventually decided to reply (Someone called Mantoa), I was told to log a call with their coverage team who would respond shortly.

After doing this, I recieved one call from a call centre with a new reference number: 0054121 and told that someone would respond to me within 4 days. That was on the 5 May. I'm still waiting for a response.

In the interim, I have recieved another monthly statement from MTN billing me for the 3G. Pretty unbelievable considering I don't even have the 3G toggle anymore!! this was returned to MTN months ago!!!
