Dear Cell C
You claim that you have a 98% network coverage of RSA- either you are lying or have decided to cancel coverage in all popular weekend destinations in the Western Cape. I have complained endless times about the coverage in Paternoster, in 2012 I was told that the Cell C tower will be completed by Dec 2012, but that is obviously not yet done as come June 2013, I still have no data coverage in the area. My last complaint on Saturday 18 May (at the Cell C Store, West Coast mall) is obviously not even important enough for you to call me back. BTW, I love the fact that NO reference number is given, because "technical services will call me". Yeah right.
This weekend I went to Wacky Wine Fest (Robertson & Montagu). All my friends on MTN & Vodacom had full data & Network coverage, but the on Cell C me had none. Not even my SMS's went through!
I am tired of complaining, and then every weekend I am still stuck with my problem. I've been into Cell C shops and have called the call centre numerous times, but no one cares. This is terrible service, and definetaly not worth the few Rand's that I save. There is no point in saving money on data costs if I cannot use it!
