BAD 3G coverage in polokwane

Ad / slow or no 3g coverage in polokwane cbd area, it seems that if you are not staying in gauteng where their majority of customers stay, then you are just not important enough, i have complained about the BAD 3G coverage in polokwane for the past 2 months now, YES they do give you a complaint reference number when calling 111, but NO they never get back to you to address the problem, i have double the speed and consistency with 8-ta, all they say for the past 2 months now "the technical dept is working on the problem" - they really should think of employing better qualified employees - the ones they currently have cannot fix a simple problem for the PAST 2 MONTHS, sure they are going to respond to this comment - " thanks for your comment we will be getting back to you shortly" - and NO they never do, dont be fooled they just want to be seen as a company that responds on this site, but never bothers to really address the problem with the customer. I WILL COME BACK TO THIS COMMENT AND UPDATE IT WITH THEIR ACTUAL RESPONSE.
