I have spent the past 3 weeks trying to get MTN to investigate the poor / non-existent 3G signal in the Rustenburg Cashan area. during this time i have visited a branch, called the Coverage Department, and eventually emailed the Coverage department.
After logging the issue again per mail on 14.05.2013, i received a reference number and a commitment that a coverage coordinator will be calling me soon regarding the coverage problem that i am experiencing.
i provided MTN with two contact number to make sure that they can reach me, but it's been 8 days now, still no response.
Can someone please assist?
