My airtime is billed even though I have BIS

Hi

It's becoming ever so frustrating, I have a blackberry 9900 and I have BIS. My airtime gets billed for no apparent reason! I don't have the so called applications that aren't accounted for in BIS. I have called the service centre numerous times without my issue being resolved! Every new consultant I get has their own theory of what consumes my airtime! I get billed around R1 an hour and its been confirmed that I have on subscriptions on my number and these charges are purely for data! Shouldn't data be charger to my pathetic 200MB capped BIS?
This is really annoying! I can't take the incompetent staff at MTN anymore!
