I have no words for the bad service received from Vodacom Pavilion!!!
I went in for an insurance claim on Sunday the 26th of May. they could not process the claim because Vodasure was closed. I understand that, but the way they relaid this information trough to me was discus-ting!! The manager came to me as if he owes me some ting, as if I was there waisting his time!!! I just wanted to find out if there was anything he could do for me, as I need a phone for work and it is difficult to get off during the week. The attitude he had was extremely upsetting and I personally feel that the owner or Vodacom send there staff for customer service training!!!
