Its been over 3 weeks since I logged my complaint to Vodacom, and still nothing has been done about it. They promise me I will get feedback, but dont get anything.
How difficult can it be???
And best of all, they will respond to this saying: " Your problem has been escalated as a matter of urgency and will be attended to. Seems like this is the only ting Vodacom can say.
This is the 3rd complaint on Helopeter about this, and everytime I get the same answer.
