Pathetic Service

I upgraded my handset on 06/04/2013, soon after I experienced issues with calls to landlines. I handed the phone back in four weeks ago and to this day no response. I was informed the handset would be replaced with a new phone upon investigation!! I still have no outcome, I was informed to call some department, this is not my job! Ive been a loyal customer for the past 10 years and dont deserve to be messed around. Im paying for a service Im not receiving.
