Dissapointed in Vodacom and Vodasure

I am a regular customer of Vodacom, and in general they are quick to deliver (i bought a Samsung Galaxy smart phone), a tablet and a notebook from them. I took insurance on the smartphone with vodasure in dec 2012, and the screen cracked in jan 2013 . I handed it in on jan 21 2013, its 15 days later, and I keep on getting misleading text messages on a certain amount that has been generated on a quote. I called the knysna vodacom outlet and they have a different reason every time. Please tell me is this the regular waiting period for an insurance claim? I'm really frustrated as I'm involved in Business Tourism and my Samsung Galaxy 2, was my right hand. Will you please look into this for me, I look forward to hear from you.
