I have a vodacom handset, it fell and broke. i tried to claim under my vodasure insurance and they rejected my claim reason being that the sim card was in a different phone. the sim card WAS in the phone that broke at the time but vodacom is denying it. i dont know what to do? the call centre was so rude to me today and were not interested in my problem. vodacom sends me to vodasure saying its their problem and vodasure says on their system they showing another handset i must call vodacom and check with them, i called Vodacom back and they are not interested in helping me at all. i have no idea what to do now, Vodasure told me my policy covers whatever phone my sim card is in. please help me, i am desperate. all i really want to do is close my account at Vodacom. please maybe you get Vodacom to assist me, they wont help me at all and have been quite rude to me.
