Processing an Insurance Claim through Vodacom

A month ago, I sent my iPhone to the Vodacom Cellsure Insurance through the Vodacom Shop in Bayside Mall, Table View. I was promised it would take no longer than 14 working days. I am still waiting... Each time I call the insurance directly, there are more forms that need to be filled out and no traces of any documentation from the Vodacom Shop.

The claim form that I was finally able to fill out this past weekend, has still not been sent to the insurance. I was promised it would be sent with the greatest level of urgency - alas, another empty promise.

Today I called the insurance again and spoke to a wonderful gentleman (the first competent consultant I have spoken to with regards to this claim). His own words to me were "They are telling you! " He said that if I want it done, I must do it myself.

So, lets see how long it takes when I do the jobs of the people at the Vodacom Shop instead...
