Most condescending, and rude attitude eve

I have never, come across such bad, condescending behaviour from a sales consultant, an also a I am overdue for an upgrade.

This person - Funda - Lunga. Has the worst manners and the most awful condescending and down right attitude towards his clients.

I had thought that I wa a good customer after many years of being quite a high payin customer to MTN, clearly, that means nothing.

Methinks I shall cancel my contract with MTN.
