On 27 February 2013 I logged a complaint about bad reception in the area I conduct my business after no response I placed a complaint in Hallo Peter on 18 March 2013. Since then the only response I received was a reference number 6368456.
MTN please do not ignore my complaint after all I am paying you to provide me a service.
