This is my first shipment I am trying to send for a client in the UK and I am in south Africa. I contacted the South African branch today and got transferred to a lady by name of Prudence. She is rude and speaks to me in a condescending tone and all I needed was for her to listen before she tells me what I need to do. She was just rude even before fully understanding the nature of this delivery. I hope when I call back just now that I get a different call center agent to assist me. I have dealt with Khutso before who was amazingly helpful hence I asked for her directly but was directed to Prudence instead. You are supplying a service and your bad mood should not translate to clients.
