Baby go round sells used baby goods so I went in to find out how much they would offer me for my Peg Perego stroller. When I asked the lady behind the counter if she would need to see the pram (me thinking she might be able to give a ballpark figure based on the name of the product) instead of a simple "yes", I got a derogatory and condescending "well I can't guess"... so off I went to get the stroller from the car. A "gentleman" then proceded to srutinize the stroller, none too gently I might add... after bashing it around the floor for a few minutes he looked at me like I was the doormat beneath his feet and promptly said "I'll give you R100." Now my complaint is not about the money, but the treatment I received. They were rude, unhelpful and condescending... perhaps a customer care course for the staff of that shop is in order... nothing wrong with a bit of kindness and perhaps treating a customer with respect???
