Just received awful customer service and called out pharmacist on his rude behaviour. Instead of apologising said pharmacist continued being condescending and. Had the audacity to suggest that I could go elsewhere for service in future. What was particularly infuriating was explaining how he came across only to have him minimise his awful behaviour. He shouldn't be customer facing, because he doesn't have adequate manners for it. He should rather be using his pharma knowledge in a back room somewhere where he can't offend customers.
