Hi
I was at the Pro Shop a few weeks back to get my Callaway 3 wood FT-iZ fixed. As i was looking around at the second hand clubs, I saw the exact same club, but for R700 more than I paid (at Golfers club). Just out of interest I asked one of the assistants (after I finally caught one of their eyes - tall, grey hair) why the price was so high (R1500) for a club that old. His response (In a very condescending way): So you want a better deal?
I think that was very rude as I wanted to know why a club, that's almost 3 years old are retailing at a higher price than brand new models. I was actually interested in the way the trade-ins work as I want to trade in some of my clubs as well. I guess I'll just have to go look for "a better deal" somewhere else.
