Little miss Pamela needs to comprehend that we are paying customers and have been referred to her bosses by insurers (heaven knows why!!!) because we require a services in return and not her stinking attitude and condescending behaviour, it's appalling and unattractive to say the least and she should adjust it or find a career elsewhere where she will not have to deal with clients. Pamela needs to understand that she is the first point of contact & image is everything, the imaging she portrays on the telephone alone is enough to damage the reputation of John Morrison, b*tchy, all these phrases have a new name --> Pamela!!! on all occassions I have called their branch her tone has never been pleasant. Upon my f1st physical contact with her at their branch she was on the phone with a client and I picked up the very same tone but I assumed the client was being difficult until the wheel turned on me she clearly knows nothing about customer service. Before I can even vent out my fustration at her inability to transfer me to George without being cut off, a simple task which is surely as per her job description, she is already on a high horse with her belittling tone utte
