I have per-ordered a phone last month, and to this day, has been reported as out-of-stock. I keep getting promised that it will arrive the following week, and it has been a month since I've per-ordered. I went in store last week, because he told us he had it, only to find that he doesn't when we arrived at the store. The first time in store, the second teller who was suppose to help was extremely rude and spiteful.
