I have a top-up contract with MTN, on 21 May 2013, I was supposed to receive airtime, SMSs and data bundles from the service provider. I did receive my data and sms's but for my airtime I was told that I am subscribed to certain service provider, so all of my R100 airtime was missing.
I am fully aware that I have never made such an agreement with any particular company.
Please help stop these illegal business operations.
