Hi Somayya, REQ: 2159492; To date only the velocity store has contacted me to resolve this problem, but still refuse to release the recording on which the purchase/agreement was made; stating that it is there company rules. This is an unfair business practice!
Please communicate to your business partner (The Velocity Store) That I do not which to communicate telephonically with them, and will only do so via e-mail. I'm still waiting for the e-mail from the velocity store concerning yesterdays demands set by the velocity store. To date have not received anything. No surprise there.
Also besides the e-mail from MTN stating they will look into the matter I have received no further feedback/resolution from MTN.
