What Happened To My Airtime!

Firstly thank you for the credit note of R59 after I told 5 consultants to cancel my BIS. Now my airtime is missing. I have upgraded my contract on 24 October to Top Up R135 and I have NOT received my airtime for December. I have reported this on Sunday (Ref: S3-T8H3W-WB940). It's Wednesday, why is this taking so long? Because I find it so strange that on 15 Nov I was loading Data Bundles and keep giving me error messages and I thought I will tried again after 2 hours and then I tried again? R100 airtime is gone. I was told that is data bundle R2.00. So in 2 hours about R100 was used. If it wasn't for system error I would still have airtime and to top it off I didn't received my airtime on 1st December.???
