No service delivery
I have a contract with MTN in which I'm supposed to receive airtime, SMS'es and Data bundles, however - 18 months into the contract I realised that I was not receiving the data bundles as promised, so I logged a query with MTN(Ref 95286949) I was informed that MTN will credit me with an amount worth only 6 months of data bundles as it is business decision to credit up to six months. Now I wondering if I should also make a business decision not to pay MTN for at-least 2 months I think that will be enough to cover for service that I did not receive and the inconvenience of having to use my airtime to purchase data, however this will not work as they will just switch off my phones. I paid for service that I did not receive. I feel cheated and MTN blames me for not informing them in time, I kept my part of the contract and they should have kept the part of the contract and provided me a service and stop putting the blame on me. Fact is I was not provided with a service!
