Every month around the 15, my data bundle is capped, giving me the option to pay for further data services.

Last year, I experienced the very same thing. I complained twice on this website and the response from Telkom/ 8TA is that they would get back to me. Needless to say, they did not.

I then noticed that the capping stopped and that I was able to surf from month to monthn when my new 10GB would kick in.

I now notice that the speed of surfing has degraded so much, that its not even worth switching the PC on for. After I'm forced to by additional data, the speed miraculously increases. So that tells me that there is nothing wrong with the coverage.

Come on 8Ta. I've been recommending you to everyone, as it is such value for money.
