Took out a contract on the 27/08/2013 got the air time, data and SMSs same day.
On the 01/09/2013 the new airtime, data and SMSs were not loaded. The airtime carried over from the previous month but the data and SMSs were cancelled. Contacted the help line three time each time the agent told me the problem would be sorted out, nothing was done. Went to the store in Canal Walk Cape Town the assistant in the store had no record of my Query. Sent a report of my problem and coped me.
To date still have no new airtime data or SMSs.
