On October 20, 2012 at 19.01 I received an SMS from Vodacom stating that they received a request for a sim swop. I called them at 20:51 stating that I did not request a sim swop. Vodacom said they will cancel the request.
On October 21, 2012 at 17:10 I received an SMS from Vodacom stating that they received a request for a sim swop. I phoned Vodacom again after 15 min I got hold of Vodacom and said to them that I did not request a sim swop can they please cancelled the request. In both cases I did not received a SMS from Vodacom stating that the sim swop was cancelled.
On October 22, 2012 at 05:37 I phoned Vodacom stating that there is no signal on my phone the person said to me I must put my phone off and on again and see if that helps me. At 06:35 I phoned Vodacom again and said to the person that there is still no signal on my phone. The person said to me that there was a sim swop done on my phone I said to the person that I did phone on October 21, 2012 to cancelled the sim swop. I phoned ABSA call centre and state that there was a sim swop done and can they please cancel all log ins on my account. But I was too late. Just an after 07:30 a man from ABSA
